Trading conditions

When you shop at www.knitlidt.dk, you automatically accept our trading conditions as described here.

Shipment

Packages can be sent to addresses in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands. All orders are sent as parcel post with GLS. The package has a track'n'trace number, which makes it possible to follow the package from Knitlidt to delivery, and you will be notified when your package is ready for collection. I process your order as soon as possible and ship within 2-3 days after order confirmation.

If there is a longer delivery time than a few days, I ask for your understanding; I will do what I can to get your order out.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and to collect your package on time. It is important to have correct information (name, address, mobile number and e-mail), as otherwise you risk missing a notification that your package is ready for collection. If a package is not picked up, it will be sent back at some point. The same can happen with home delivery, where the name is not on the letterbox.

I will gladly send the package to you again against payment of new shipping.

Prices
At Knitlidt, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. I reserve the right to change the prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.

If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are under no obligation to supply that product at the incorrect price.

Payment
At Knitlidt, payment is accepted with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Taxes and duties as well as customs duties
From 1 July 2021, consumers must pay VAT on all goods from the first kroner, and we charge the VAT that applies in your home country in the EU. Outside the EU, the goods are sold VAT-free (we deduct the VAT from the final price). In these cases, it is your own responsibility to sort out taxes, duties and customs in your home country.

Delivery policy
Virtual products: When purchasing virtual products, you will receive the virtual product from Knitlidt by email as soon as the payment has been completed.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal
- Purchase of digital content (virtual knitting patterns) is according to - "Act on certain consumer agreements - §17 subsection 2 and §9 subsection 2 no. 2a" - not covered by the right of withdrawal. Fees are non-refundable.
- There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in Knitlidt's webshop and in unbroken packaging . Return costs are your own responsibility. Cancellation must be notified to Knitlidt no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation the buyer must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given by mail at knitlidtdk@gmail.com, where a return slip will be sent afterwards. The notice must clearly state that the buyer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal. If the item is to be returned to Knitlidt, the item must be in unopened packaging. Remember to print out Knitlidt's return slip and enclose it in your package.
- There is no right of cancellation for events/workshops.

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving clear notice of this.

According to the Sales Act, there is unfortunately no right of withdrawal for digital products that are put into use: Purchase of digital content (virtual knitting patterns) is in accordance with - "Act on certain consumer agreements - §17 subsection 2 and §9 subsection 2 no. 2a" - not covered by the right of withdrawal. Fees are non-refundable.

Goods excluded from the right of cancellation:

  • Goods which have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
  • Sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Items where the sealing is broken.
  • Performed non-financial services, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service has been fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content, which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, magazines or magazines, however, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
  • Agreements concluded at public auction.
  • Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
  • Tickets or event-related products such as meal tickets, booking transport or accommodation etc.
  • Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
  • Digital products that have been put into use. By put into use it is meant that if the digital product has been downloaded then it has been put into use and cannot be undone.
  • Delivery of digital content, which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.

All rights to digital products belong to Knitlidt.

Upon purchase, a license is obtained to use the purchased product as indicated under the product in question.

Your digital product is personal and you may not sell, forward, lend, give away or otherwise distribute the product, either privately or commercially. This applies both to the content of Knitlidt's products and downloaded products.

Knitlidt processes your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase.
