Bille Jacket is slightly oversized and has a single cable pattern throughout the jacket. The jacket is knitted top down and shaped using raglan increases. The body and sleeve stitches are then divided and knitted separately and finished with a rib edge and a button band.
Sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL (XXL)
Scope of work: approx. 120 (130) 140 (150) 160 (175) cm The work should have a positive ease of approx. 25-30 cm which gradually becomes smaller in the larger sizes.
Knitting tension: 14 mx 19 rows of 10x10 cm in the pattern after washing and block
Sticks: 3.5 mm circular needle 40 cm and 80 cm and 4.5 mm circular needle 40 and 60 or 80 cm.
Yarn suggestions: approx. 400-450 (450-500) 500 (550-600) 600-650 (700-750) g Craft yarn from Hjelholts Uldspinderi (100 g = 200 m) or Peruvian from Filcolana (50g = 100 m) or Fivel from Rauma (50g = 100m) or Vimmerby from Nordic Yarn Lab (50g = 100m)
Knit together with approx. 100 (100-125) 125 (125-150) 150 (175) g Tilia from Filcolana (25g = 210m) or Silk flower from Tante Grøn CPH (25g = 210m) or Silk Mohair from Isager (25g = 212m) or Thin Silk Mohair from Sandnes Garn (25g = 212).
