Margrethe Mittens are a pair of unisex mittens with a daisy pattern in honor of Queen Margrethe II, which are perfect for autumn and winter use. The mittens can be knitted in three different sizes: 1 (2) 3. Note: The mittens are knitted in wool/alpaca, which means that the mittens filter and shrink in general use. The mittens in the picture are knitted in Peruvian Highland (Fine) from Mumilumi White (pattern color 1), Rust (ground color) and Yellow (pattern color 2).

Full length (without ribbing): 19.5 (20.5) 22 cm
Width measured at the center of the glove: 9 (9.5) 10 cm
Knitting density (after wash and block): 34 mx 33 p pattern knitting on needle 3 mm with magicloop technique = 10 x 10 cm
Guide needles: Circular needle 3 mm (min 60 cm, if you knit with the magic loop technique) or double pointed needles 3 mm
Yarn suggestion: 80 (90) 100 g Peruvian Highland (Fine) from Mumilumi (50 g = 210 m)
or 80 (90) 100 g Jawoll from Lang Yarns (50 g = 210 m)
or 80 (90) 100 g Arwetta Classic from Filcolana (50 g = 210 m)
or 80 (90) 100 g Lana Grossa Meilenweit Soya (100 g = approx. 400 m)
Materials for 2 mittens: 40 (40) 50 g Peruvian Highland (Fine) for bottom color and rib (dark gray in pattern diagrams), 30 (40) 40 g for pattern color 1 (light gray in pattern diagrams), 10 (10) 10 g for pattern color 2 (yellow in pattern diagrams).
Tip: Knit with two colors instead of three, where MF2 is the same color as MF1 to save yarn consumption.
